Hi all,
I am a project coordinator from University of Oulu and also from University of Tampere. I have been working AR/VR and 3D Virtual Worlds for most of my professional career. It is exciting to see how Metaverse/3D Internet and all the hardware technologies are being developed right now. I believe that OpenAR is the same for XR industry as IBM PC's open architecture was for computers.
In this OpenAR context, I run the openar.fi web site and the association Open Source Community for Augmented Reality ry, where I hope everyone will gather to develop the next versions of the hardware and software of OpenAR glasses.
